For the last 17 years, Blueprint for Education Founder and Principal, Sara Kraemer, has applied systems engineering and human factors principles, methodologies, and models across education and STEM to design systems that support human well-being and system performance.

Sara is also a Lecturer in the Interdisciplinary Professional Programs in the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she teaches Masters-level engineering classes on human factors engineering and smart manufacturing.

Sara holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
